Another Biden Immigrant Kills

A tragic case in New York has drawn attention after an illegal immigrant, released into the U.S. by DHS under President Biden's administration, was charged with murdering a young woman on her twenty-first birthday, sparking renewed debate over immigration policies and public safety.

An illegal immigrant, released into the United States by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has been accused of murdering a young woman on her twenty-first birthday in New York, a sanctuary state, according to prosecutors.

Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis, a 21-year-old illegal immigrant from Ecuador, was arrested in Syracuse, New York, and charged with second-degree murder and concealing a human corpse.

Prosecutors allege that Chacaguasay-Ilbis strangled Joselyn Jhoana Toaquiza to death on her 21st birthday on June 18 and then buried her body in a shallow grave at a Syracuse park.

They stated that Chacaguasay-Ilbis and Toaquiza knew each other from elementary school in Ecuador. It remains unclear when Toaquiza arrived in the United States.

During his arraignment in a Syracuse criminal court on Thursday, Chacaguasay-Ilbis claimed he had no memory of the incident due to being drunk.

Prosecutors revealed that Chacaguasay-Ilbis crossed the southern border in January 2023 near El Paso, Texas. After a brief detention, he was released from DHS custody into the United States.

Chacaguasay-Ilbis is currently held at the Onondaga County Justice Center without bail, pending a second court hearing in early July.
