Blockbuster Report Shows Biden Harris Administration Allowed Over 99 Terrorist To Enter Country, Whereabouts Unknown

A new report reveals that the Biden-Harris administration's immigration policies have led to the release of migrants on the terrorist watchlist into U.S. communities, raising serious national security concerns.

An interim staff report from the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement has revealed that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), under President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, released migrants from the government's terrorist watchlist into the United States.

Since Biden and Harris took office in 2021, the DHS has expanded a Catch and Release policy that channels thousands of migrants into American communities daily while they await deportation hearings. The report details that between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, over 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border, with at least 99 of them being released into American communities and 34 others still in DHS custody.

The watchlist includes individuals directly involved in terrorism or with ties to terrorism. The report highlights encounters with migrants from 36 different countries, including those with active terrorist threats such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. In one case, federal agents arrested eight Tajikistani migrants linked to ISIS after they crossed the southern border; three of these individuals had been released into the U.S. interior after using the “CBP One” app to schedule release appointments.

The report criticizes the Biden-Harris administration's immigration policies, stating that they have allowed millions of illegal aliens to enter the United States, including those with connections to terrorist organizations. It also implicates federal immigration judges, noting that at least 27 migrants on the terrorist watchlist were allowed to bond out of DHS detention, and four were granted asylum.

The case of Mohammad Kharwin, a 48-year-old Afghan national and member of the terrorist group Hezb-e-Islami, is also detailed in the report. Kharwin was twice released into the U.S. interior before being rearrested following media reports.

The report concludes that since the start of the Biden-Harris administration, over 7.3 million illegal aliens have entered the United States, including 375 individuals on the terrorist watchlist. This marks a more than 3,000 percent increase in watchlisted alien encounters compared to the four years of the Trump administration.
