A Fourteen Year-Old Girl was sexually assualted in Texas by Robert javier Toruno-Cruz according to police in Taylor County, Texas.
An illegal immigrant has been arrested in Taylor County, Texas, on charges of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in March.
Roberto Javier Toruno-Cruz faces multiple child sexual assault charges after the girl's mother discovered videos on her daughter's phone allegedly showing the assaults and reported them to the police.
Authorities identified Toruno-Cruz as the suspect in the videos and interviewed the girl, who revealed that she had met him at a party earlier in the year. She stated that he filmed their sexual encounter and suggested that he had assaulted her multiple times.
Toruno-Cruz was arrested and is currently held in the Taylor County jail, facing charges of child sexual assault and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer.
